The Navel Charka is located around the tummy button area, between the Solar Plexus Chakra and the Sacral Chakra. The colour of this chakra is sunset colours, soft oranges and yellows. It is the centre of your chi or prana, which enables you to connect to the universe and see we are all connected. On another level the Navel Chakra connects inwards to your soul, the well of power inside every living thing.
